And I just I love the academic aspect of it.
I love translating what I am learning to the general public through social media.
Right.
And it's really great because not only, you know, am I learning through it,
but I'm also teaching other people.
I'm getting great feedback.
Like people are loving and they're implementing these things and it's changing their lives.
And it's so great to see that.
And my ultimate goal with all of this, you know, is just to help people, help people live healthier lives.
If we can understand the science behind these things and we can actually apply them in our lives and see these changes in our health outcomes, both right now, but also long-term,
we will have an appreciation for how lifestyle, diet, exercise, sunlight exposure has on our health.
So that's a little bit about me, my backstory and where I am today.
