Holy crap.
Our subconscious is like a fireball.
It tries to keep us alive.
When we touch a stove when we're little, we know not to do that because we subconsciously know that hurt us.
Well, that can be from childhood or from past lives.
We can, yeah.
So that's generational ancestral trauma, which does affect us.
But the spiritual side is the past life's trauma from the different bodies that we were in.
Our soul will carry those memories over with us, and our subconscious will try to protect us.
When I was little, I fell off a sailboat when I was five.
I was scared to go on sailboats for no reason.
I didn't know why until I realized, oh, that happened.
That was an emotional...
So we remember things that are emotional, whether it's good or bad.
So that's what our body tries to protect us from happening.
Yeah, those are really interesting.
I've had lots of off planet past lives.
