I think throughout those different teams, unity, shared common purpose, a few setbacks, a bit of adversity, a bit of success, a bit of confidence, those are probably the common attributes across those teams.

I think the Chiefs team has worked together, this roster has been together for a while, some shared experiences.

bit of adversity, but real ambition and a shared goal.

And, yeah, they don't take anything for granted.

They know everything's earned.

Yeah, yeah, absolutely.

Yeah, that support and loyalty.

Yeah, it'd be nice to be in a position to reward that.

Yeah, I think just really positive.

I think the supporters have been part of the story this year too.

For us the 19,000 that turned up in the Blues round robin game was a real lift.

I think that showed a real sign of unwavering support.

The quarter final was played in atrocious conditions and there were a few hearty ones that turned up for that.

I think the semi-final support, there's a real connection there togetherness around that and we certainly don't take that for granted and try and go out and earn that support as much as we can.

Contrasting emotions there.

First half, we were on clinical.

Any mistake we pounced, we were ready, all on the same page.

The second half was a little bit difficult to keep that rhythm alive, and I think my big takeaway from the second half was just, again, our group being able to just solve problems on the run, try and piece together a few things with a funny look at back line there at stages, but we didn't get rattled, we just carried on, and I think overall it was just a

something I'm really proud of and tip my hat to these guys that just turned up.
