And there's nothing more powerful than love and gratitude.
And when before you go to sleep at night, this is just a simple thing you can do.
Just think about three things from that day that you're grateful for.
And it doesn't matter how small.
And it can be very trivial.
You know, like you found a new coffee shop and it was rad or something.
It can be very trivial.
Think about three things that make you grateful right before you go to bed.
And then you're going into the dream state with that gratitude energy, which is very high on the consciousness scale.
There's like a scale that Dawkins came up with.
And he has a book called Power Verse Force and it's an amazing book.
