God, that's news to me, man.

And by the way, that seems to be backed up by a summary in Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine of CDC data from 2005 to 2022, which found that homicide and suicide together exceeded any individual medical cause of maternal death.

I mean, that's, that says a lot.

Her last point about intimate partner violence, that is directionally correct.

But again, maybe it should be worded a little more carefully.

But her claim about more often than not, that might depend on the quality of the data because apparently, and I'm relying on other people's analysis here, but apparently the relationship of the perpetrator to the victim is

And that's a common criticism of this study.

I see.

So the first statistic, compelling, but maybe not totally representative, not definitive.
