Is there an opportunity for more diffuse early warning detection around sickness?

I'm just thinking if a whoop or an aura ring or some other connected device can tell every individual

you're getting sick, you should get checked out, you shouldn't go to work, you shouldn't go to that, you shouldn't spread anything, feels like that could make quarantining more targeted and potentially more of an early warning detection system.
