Sometimes people don't speak very well.
Some people are not...
reticent to give information because it's so personal.
And sometimes just symptomology, they have to work through a problem because it's not all cookie cutter.
It's not cookie cutter medicine.
And particularly when you start to talk about some kind of exotic poison like this and kind of work your way through it.
