Yeah, all the time.

I mean, we follow the convention schedule a lot of the times.

We do a lot more corporate events, private parties, that kind of stuff.

So when business travelers come in here, it's great for us.

To build that out?

Yeah, I started the business nine years ago with my partner, who's actually my wife.

with a pretty much a blank warehouse, no power, nothing.

And we saw an opportunity to basically have a venue where there's no red tape, come from a place of yes, right?

When you do events on the Strip or anywhere else, there's a lot of difficulties with doing that, right?

And it's very expensive, right?

So how do we have something that is affordable, but also where you can do those kind of crazy, unique ideas, you know, such things as a firework show.

We've had a helicopter land in our parking lot.

2,500 people for the Las Vegas Pizza Festival, you kind of name it.

So we've had much success doing that and just kind of breaking the mold of what an event space is.

And then, of course, no better place to do it than Vegas.

Yeah.

We had to get creative.

My number one priority was just to keep the doors open.

Right.

So we did events of 50 people.
