I think you're committed to this guy.

I think that you need to reach over and probably sell one of these condos and then go into the joint funds and pay this thing off.

That's probably the choice that I would make.

There's a balance of power here that feels off.

And I think that if you don't address certain things, it's going to cause issues down the line.

And I think you need to sit with a counselor.

I think you need to sit with somebody and work through this because it almost feels like you're kind of just taking care of this guy.

And it shouldn't feel like that.

You should feel like you're in a marriage where equal people are really contributing.

Whatever it is they're going to contribute, but you should feel good about it.

So this $100,000, the $40,000 loan, the $40,000 student loan, $60,000 car, that was after it was split amongst you?
