In my home state of Florida, there's a redistricting push from DeSantis that would remove two black majority districts.
Just erase them.
And then there's the voter ID push.
And I want to walk you through how it actually works because I hear it all the time.

So now for those people, predominantly black communities, to get an ID, you have to make an appointment months in advance.
Sometimes you have to drive for hours.
Take a full day off work because we know a DMV is not efficient.
And for someone who's working hourly, barely scraping by, losing a day's pay, they can't afford to lose it.
