Let's go back to Friday night.
Let's go back to April, in fact, when it took too long for the ARC to intervene on a decision which was wrong anyway.
So we decided, well, we can't have that.
Let's not have the intervention after the fact.
Let's just go to either immediate query and question and sending up to the ARC, or we just don't do it at all.
And Friday night, it comes back to bite us.
It doesn't...
feel at the moment like, whichever way, I've got some level of empathy for the AFL because any decision they make, the opposite jumps up and bites them in the backside straight away.
But to get to a point where only in April we changed the rule because of one...
No, no need to apologize.
Just don't let me get up in the same level as whoever ended that Zoom because I was rolling.
I just kept going.
I knew I was off air, but I just kept going because I wasn't ranting and raving like you wouldn't believe.
I'll do it a little more swiftly.
I do, so I've got to save some.
Look, it's just a frustration that the AFL at the moment with the arc, I mean, we're so reactive to everything across every part of the game, whether it be rules, whether it be injuries, whether it be what the coaches want and what they demand and what they end up getting.
And then all of a sudden we give the coaches what they want and we think, oh, gee, we didn't know that would happen.
And the game would pan out like that.
And now we just decide from month to month
to change the rules because the ARC gave us a dud decision a month ago.
