And, you know, this is not a jurisdiction that gets a tremendous amount of murders on which forensics tell one story and eyewitnesses tell a completely different one, and you can't tell which is which.

And there's clearly he doesn't have time to change his clothes or wash it off in those 11 minutes. So that was something that sort of was a hole in the in the armor of the state's case.
