And so they found her information after like a few days of searching, and they called her back in.
She comes in, we ran all these tests on her son.
He ended up having full-blown celiac disease as well, a ton with like a lot of different inflammatory markers, unstable blood sugar levels, just a lot of stuff.
And we slowly but surely started to improve it one by one.
We removed gluten altogether.
And then I got a invitation in the mail that he's getting married.
He has like a full time job.
His whole life has completely changed just by decreasing inflammation and identifying what these food triggers were specific to him.
Right.
So
It's not the case for everyone, but if you have a neurobehavioral issue and neurological delays or problems, I would 100% run inflammation markers and run and test for celiac disease, no questions asked.
So interesting.
I love the keto diet, but in reality, if you look at the keto diet, what are you usually doing?
You're avoiding pretty much all the inflammatory foods and processed foods, right?
Yeah.
But I love the keto diet for specific people.
There's some of our female patients, based off of their cycles and based off where they're at, that if they were to fast or go into ketosis, it actually might cause more problems than not.
But for the most part, I love the keto diet, for sure.
Yeah, a processed garbage diet, right?
