yeah that's kind of the cool thing is this it is two books in one it has like first part is a bunch of literature and research and all the top things there where we kind of go through what inflammation is how to test for it how to treat it how to identify it how to work with it and then we have kind of where we hold your hand and have this map on what to follow to improve for 30 days too but in reality a lot of our individuals uh like i said before they might have five good days a month
and our goal is to get to where you have more good days than bad days like i feel really confident for the most part this book as you follow it will significantly lower inflammation and improve your quality life long term but also give you the tool to know how food impacts your quality of life there's tons of people out there that go to doctor to doctor to doctor that get put on medications
And not once is diet mentioned, right?
That's crazy to me.
So this will help educate you to know how food is impacting your quality of life and your overall health.
And it's pretty dang simple.
Like give us 30 days, work incredibly hard and see what it does, right?

yeah thanks for having me this was awesome so fun yeah great getting to know you do we mention uh do we mention the maps thing when you were coming to the studio when you were going you thought you were going to be you were entering like the saw dungeon on maps his his i kind of looked and it popped up a photo of where i was going and the house looks incredibly scary and so i was like
oh my gosh, I'm going to get killed when I go to this podcast.
But the house, it's not even the same house.
