And we're going to obviously start with the NRL limiting contact around training session.
Now, for anyone that's missed the story, basically it's a maximum of 100 minutes of contact per week for men.
For women, it's a max of 85 minutes.
That's for those seven-day turnarounds.
But for the shorter five-day turnarounds or six-day turnarounds, contacts capped at between 40 to 50 minutes for both competitions.
So it's a pretty massive change.
Yeah, for turnarounds between five to six days.
And then for seven-day turnarounds, you get a max of 100 minutes.
Correct, yeah.
So in the NFL, they record all training sessions and the NFL gets access to all training footage so they can monitor this because they've got a similar setup in place.
But for the NRL, there's no sign yet, but that's what the NRL is going to do.

Is it right that you used to go to boxing gyms and box through the week as part of your training outside of Broncos training?
