I think I'm certain that he knew what the team was trying to accomplish when he took the job.
By all accounts, he does hold players accountable.
When they make a mistake, he says so.
Even last year, if it was Jordan Poole, which is not to say Jordan Poole doesn't make mistakes, but
It's not like Jordan Poole got a pass from him.
So he's facing enormous headwinds in terms of being able to win.
This is a team that is set up in the short term to lose simply by the fact of they're playing... The roster is loaded with young guys.
They all play, for the most part, alongside each other.
It's almost impossible to be mistake-free.
