And it's like, Yeah, we actually, you can't build a building over 14,000 square feet without a water line to provide fire suppression. So it's a chicken or egg thing. By us building the water system, we've now allowed that opportunity to build big buildings.

Service level jobs, right? Hotels, some restaurants, some gas stations. We need some actual manufacturing companies that need professionals to come and work. We hire professional videographers, engineers, machinists, right? And then those people are going to make a good wage. They're going to turn right back around and spend that money in our community.
