Well, in the summer, when you get the temperature swing, and if you're busting your ass during the day, and then all of a sudden the temperature goes off a cliff, and sometimes you pack warmies, sometimes you don't because you think you're going to be back in a day. Probably wasn't as cold, to be honest, as the immersion in the ocean, you know, in San Diego. But it felt like it for sure. Yeah. Deserts, man, they'll crush you. They can have 100 degree temperature swings.

Looking back through SQT and BUDS, what do you think the most important... Actually, let's just go on BUDS. What do you think is the most important lesson you took from that as a person? Or is there one to be gained from there? Or is it just a wood chipper?
