Thank you.
But like, remember, all the girls had met Ankita at the hen's party and had like become friends with her.
Like they connected on Instagram.
They had each other's phone numbers and similar with the guys and Micah at the books party.
So naturally them not being there would become a topic of conversation at the first dinner party.
Because, you know, if they just decided to quit themselves or split up on the honeymoon,
the rest of the cast would talk about it as that would be like the first big storyline of the season but no the reason producers didn't want them ever being even mentioned at all was because again as far as i'm told not only had the decision now been made to remove them but the decision had also been made to just never air their wedding cut them out of the hens and books party and just like pretend they were never there
And now this is where it gets even more awkward because as the Castro told that at the first dinner party, August 5th,
Mika and Ankita still hadn't been told, and they were in their separate hotels, like still waiting, thinking they were gonna go onto the show still.
And then the following morning, now August 6th, as the rest of the cast all moved into the same building together in Sydney, you know, with me outside doing my thing, I'm told that some of them reached out to Ankita, being like, what the fuck is going on here?
And some of the grooms did the same to Mika.
And it wasn't until the day after that with Micah and Nikita still being told, just hang tight.
It wasn't then until August 7th that they were told, nah, you're off the show, sorry, like pack your bags, see you later.
Now I know that the main question that everyone is gonna have is, well, what was the accusation?
And firstly, I don't know myself, but in this case, the accusation itself is almost irrelevant because the narrative had already been like established across social media.
And like, if he remained on the show,
it was going to be a big issue for both Endemol Shine Australia and Channel 9.
So then they all kind of had to make a decision, and it was, do we stand by this guy who's denying whatever's being said?
And if there's no police report, then do we just...
assume he's innocent like he says or do we just get rid of him now while we still can to avoid the drama of it all and to avoid this being dragged out as a scandal for months and months and months and months and I don't know if some of you guys remember but this actually happened in season 9 of the show in 2021 when that was filmed
