But Chris, he just kept going on and on and on.
And as I eventually kind of moved away from him and looked around the table and started listening to other conversations, like it was getting quite heated.
And one of the main people I kept hearing about was Alyssa, who wasn't there and wasn't invited to this night out.
And people were saying how fake she apparently is, how annoying she apparently is, how she's apparently going to be this year's villain, which everyone seemed to agree on.
This mutual dislike and takedown of Alyssa, though, that became like a collective cause that night.
And I believe it's what briefly led to Beck and Gia putting their differences aside, you know, so they could take aim at this mutual enemy.
And when I said in a recent podcast how the Beck and Gia feud has baffled me watching it on screen as I'd watch them in real life drinking as friends with my very eyes, like it was this night.
But the Alyssa stuff was only the tip of the iceberg in Icebergs.
Despite being one of the strongest couples up until this point, cracks started to show between Gia and Scott that evening with them arguing and moving away from each other.
And this all stemmed from the fact that Gia was partying hard.
She wanted to kick on all night and she even had some friends join the group who, you know, aren't connected to the show.
And, you know, Scott, he doesn't drink.
He wasn't drinking there and he wanted to try and obey the curfew and get back home for 10 p.m.
And he likes to go to the gym at like 5 a.m.
every day and like...
That's two very contrasting lifestyles that were made apparent to them for the first time during this night, which was like the first real night out for them as a proper established couple away from the show, where they encountered this very real issue they will face in the real world.
As Gia and Scott's fallout became known to the group, this is when things get a little messy and I believe will lead to one of the biggest points of drama during the second dinner party, which we will see on Wednesday night.
Because as Scott walked away from Gia to like cool off or whatever, Danny then saw this as an opportunity
to pull up a chair next to her instead.
And then along comes Beck, she sees Danny and Gia having a cozy conversation, and of course she storms out and she's looking visibly upset.
