But then I heard Beck on the radio last week and listened to what she said.
Okay.
If you could see her face right now.
So that's Beck making clear that right now, present day, her and Gia are still enemies and still hates each other.
Despite the fact that, as I've just said, I've seen so many pictures of them together in like November and December hanging out as friends.
And to make things even more confusing, also last week when Beck did that interview, she also did an Instagram story on her private account asking for people to be kind to a certain unnamed co-star who's receiving a bit of backlash and has had a bad edit.
And everyone believes in that.
She's talking about Gia.
So this is why I'm baffled by all of this.
And this kind of brings me to the big question now.
So why are they friends?
Are they enemies?
Or are they two people who from the second they met, they both realized that they could get the most screen time and reality television fame by exaggerating a barely there feud and making a secret pact to play it up on camera to achieve the end goal of infamy.
Despite the fact that, hey, in real life, they don't actually mind each other.
because that's the theory that I'm now leaning towards.
And I'm even told that on the show, they do briefly reunite and bury the hatchet for, I think, one episode, only to then fall out again and have even more drama, which I suppose would, yeah, prove this theory.
I now believe that things between them may always have been a little bit calculated.
Because actually, if you ask me, if there's one thing that I think Beck and Gia hate a lot more than we're led to believe they hate each other, it would be the idea of going on a show like Married at First Sight and not becoming one of the most talked about cast members.
And well, how do you achieve that?
How do you make sure that happens?
