Heidi doesn't make it, and they find out that Nick has been rushed to the hospital with a gunshot wound.

Once Nick was treated at Regents Hospital, the officers escorted him over to our police station.

I was waiting there at our homicide office.

This up here is our interview room where we talk to some of the victims and witnesses.

Tell me about Nick when he got here.

What kind of shape was he in?

What was his mind like?

He was in some pain.

He was on his crutches, so he was moving fairly slowly.
