Metro Police, Mike Fanone and Daniel Hodges, who was there yesterday, showed up like stormtroopers, head-to-toe riot gear.

start beating the crowds with batons.

Capitol Police had already been firing pepper balls.

They're using rubber bullets, tear gas against this crowd outside.

This was a, if anyone wants to describe it as a riot, it was a police riot.

It was started by Capitol Police and thugs like Mike Fennel.

So, yes, Harry Dunn is right.

He was inside the building.

He has all four of them have lied under oath about what they saw, what they heard, the extent of their injuries.

I've asked the new January 6th Select Committee to bring those four officers back to the Congress under oath, under subpoena.

and repeat the lies that they've told, not just before Congress and the first J6 committee, but in court as witnesses and victims seeking harsher sentences for J6ers.

So they need to be held accountable, too.

But back to Jack Smith, I think the American people saw exactly what sort of a low life lying dirtbag the president and his team had to deal with for two years.

And hopefully this is just the start of not just public accountability for Jack Smith, but legal accountability for what he did as well.

No, because the judges prevented, prohibited that sort of testimony from coming up.

There were a handful of Jay Sixers who filed motions seeking to make a self-defense argument.

Jay Sixers who had been attacked by police and wanted to make self-defense arguments.

And those motions, of course, were denied by federal judges.

I mean, unfortunately, the five-year statute of limitations for holding any of these police officers accountable for excessive force, lethal force, that's expired.
