When a family walk in the front door, we have no idea their background or where they're from.
So every family is treated with respect.
Every family is treated the same.
When the staff sit down with them, they meet the family, introduce themselves, then they start to get to know them and build up that relationship of what needs they have.
So it's not just the mother and father.
The mother and father are the ones who brought them in.
However, if the four, five, six children, they're taking, you know, consideration as well.
So if they have children, as Anthony said, with special needs, you know, the staff, they're there to assist.
Some of our families, we've a lot of multicultural families, so they need assistance with language.
They can't fill in forms, different stuff like that.
So the group of families that each key worker has, they all have different needs.
They all have different support needs.
The staff are absolutely brilliant.
They love the job that they're doing.
They work with the mothers, the fathers.
They work with the children as well.
They do activities with the children and that gets the children to integrate.
They, you know, the different nationalities of the families we have, the children will all come in and do activities.
And then even our night staff, they've got involved now.
They would do activities with the mothers at night.
