The one I would say, maybe, because I do think that he's going to be a bit more pragmatic and not too dogmatic, not like Amorim, and just going in with the same system that he had at Strasbourg where they played with a back three, which this current Chelsea team doesn't and hasn't probably played like that since...
the first few games of Thomas Tuchel, for example.
But what I would say, maybe it's probably easier to convince those young players of Strasbourg to go all in in terms of running and intensity and pressing and counter pressing, because that's what they did.
They were one of the teams that ran the most in Ligue 1.
They were man v man everywhere on the pitch.
They chased that ball forever and they were so intense, so intense all the time.
And it's probably easier to do that in Ligue 1 with Strasbourg than to ask Enzo, hey, can you man-mark Declan Rice for the whole game, please?
To say to Cole Palmer, can you follow Zubi Mendy for the whole game, please?
To ask Joel Pedro, hey, what about you stay with Virgil van Dijk the whole game or you come and help with... This is very different.
And for me, he's got such a high potential, there's no doubt.
But to convince those Chelsea players with big CVs, big egos, big wages, very different to what he's known now for 18 months at Strasbourg, to do everything that he wants, especially in terms of effort and all that running and everything, might be maybe the biggest challenge that he has on his hands.
