So if you are a W-2 employee, there's essentially how I heard it.

There's no world that you can get the bonus depreciation in the same way I do as a real estate professional.

Because you can get 15-year as a short-term rental.

I mean, that's what people want to know is how can I take advantage of these laws that were written for me?
