In February, it closed, but we signed the contract in December last year.
First of all, we're stewards of a community asset.
We don't own the team.
You know who owns the team?
The fans.
The X million people who live in Phoenix, that's who owns the team.
And there's a lot of analogies between private equity, investing, and sports, and metrics, and numbers.
But we buy a business.
You know what we did when we partnered with the Phoenix Suns?
Anyone who works there, the first day, Matt and I met with every person.
We had a town hall meeting.
