Well, obviously for you as a coach, the most important thing is now to see him on a daily base in training and obviously in the two friendly games that he hopefully then plays and make your own judgment.
I mean, obviously he follows every performance of the players in their club teams, but most importantly is for him when he has him in training sessions and in his couple of games that are left,
before the World Cup starts to make his own judgment and also to see how he then fits with the other players, how that flow works.
And that's why I totally agree with him.
Yeah, that's what you as a coaching staff discuss every single day.
How does this team match together the best way possible?
Who are your players that built the chemistry of that team?
All these little puzzle pieces, how do they fit together?
So this is what you discuss up and down as a coaching staff.
And so you really film obviously your training sessions and you watch the training sessions even like it would be a game.
Because every little information there is important to you.
And then you have to make the decisions prior to the World Cup.
Who are the 26 going into the tournament?
You have to cut a couple of people before that, which is very difficult for every manager out there.
It's telling people that they're not on the roster at the end of the day.
But you want to get as much out as possible in these few days.
Now he has the team together and I'm sure that they know that.
No, I mean, the challenge for the manager and for the coaching staff is definitely when you put together this roster for a World Cup, then you go through all different kind of scenarios, what to expect in specific games in the World Cup.
And, you know, you have games where you dominate, where, you know, you have the majority of the ball and it plays out a certain way.
