Yeah, it comes with, I think, a bit of experience.

basically a family table in a local restaurant, eating.
And he said to me, you should run for president.
And it had not occurred to me until then.

There are people who are born thinking they're going to be president.
There are people who look in the mirror every day and see a president.
I was not one of those people.
But then the thought, it kind of germinated.
And then, of course, being vice president.
And doing the work of Vice President of the United States, I met with over 150 world leaders, presidents, prime ministers, chancellors, and kings.
I've negotiated very important deals and issues on behalf of the American people.
I've spent countless hours not only in the Oval Office but the Situation Room and traveling around the world.
