But to your point, we need to have water policy that invests in the storage of water, right? The capture of water, desalination, recycling, conservation. And to do these things is to be smart. So many of these issues are issues that impact everyone, and they really at their core are not even bipartisan, they're nonpartisan. What we need to do to build back up our economy and invest in infrastructure, Right. America's infrastructure is 125, 150 years old.
