AI, it has already shaken up between the, you said it already, Carl, and you're doing it, the house plans to the digital, like you don't even need the drones anymore because you can just like AI generate it and put your furniture in there.
That whole area is getting totally, that's a whole show.
We should talk about how being a real estate agent today in the AI, we got to do it on a show you're on though, Car, because like we definitely need your input on this.
I don't know if you have this in Canada, but we have what's called the MLS, which is like basically the real estate, right?
I think with an API and an MLS subscription, I do feel like I could be dangerous in my local community.
I'm not going to lie.
I think I could probably build something.
I'll put this on my list of things to go build.
But I do feel like I could build a tool for local real estate agents and be real dangerous with it.
I mean, well, look, just and if you're like, it's one thing if I'm moving from this house and then when I moved, I moved five miles away.
I already knew the entire area, the entire school system, right?
It meant, but like you can imagine really quickly and we don't have enough time to get into, but you can imagine really quickly, you can build something that's either an aid and a tool because real estate agents, it's low barrier of entry to get in.
Yes, they have to pass a test, but after that, it does not require a lot of capital to become a real estate agent beyond your time and whatever.
So then being able to have a tool and go like, you would be better if you had this tool to show your clients or to your point, Carl, just...
So you navigate around that, you know, and help people save money to it.
