I see it when people are like creating, oh, you can do this now.
You can do this now.

Oh, I can AI automate my Twitter posts or my LinkedIn posts.
I was like, you guys are like,
thinking about it completely wrong because people want that connection.
So you just automating it, it's just going to make it worse.
But the people who know, Hey, the hard part of actually connecting with people, human experience, human connection, that'll, I mentioned this like two years ago, it's a premium.
It will be a, it's even a premium now.
All the stupid questions that we ask, I don't care if a human answers that.
I just need that information.
I'll give you an example.
I was renewing my passports.
And it wasn't busy at all, but there's a person there.
And I don't know what it was.
And I think anyone who is in CX, anyone who knows, when you have somebody who's so good at, like, making the process feel so easy and who is just like, hey, I'm really sorry.
This is going to take me a little bit of time.
And then I was just sitting there like this.
He's like, oh, by the way, you can use your phone.
You can just, you don't have to watch me do my stupid work.
