The killings took place in the northern West Bank city of Jenin, where the neighboring refugee camp has been the focus of an ongoing Israeli military operation for almost a year.
In the videos, the two Palestinian men come out of a garage holding their hands up and lifting their shirts to show they're unarmed.
They're ordered to their knees and comply before gunshots ring out and the men slump to the ground, apparently dead.
One Israeli soldier can be seen firing a weapon.
In a statement, the Israeli military said the two men were, quote, wanted individuals and that the incident was being investigated.
Palestinian and human rights groups point out such investigations are often lacking and Israeli troops rarely prosecuted.

An Israeli drone strike targeted a vehicle in Gaza City in the north while several airstrikes hit central Gaza.
Israeli forces also opened fire in Rafah in the south.
Israel says Hamas militants crossed the yellow line into Israeli-controlled territory in Gaza and threatened Israeli troops, and that the resulting strikes killed five senior Hamas officials.
Hamas called the attacks a, quote, blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement and called on the mediators, including the U.S., to pressure Israel to stop.
Israeli strikes have continued throughout the fragile ceasefire deal, which is in its second month but has largely stalled in the first phase.

Just after sunrise, thousands of people started north on foot, overjoyed to go home. NPR's producer in Gaza, Anas Baba, walked with them. But along with the celebration was also the sobering reality.
