I'm very interested to know how many people will listen to this on New Year's Eve and start writing their goals or New Year's resolutions for the year ahead.
I feel like New Year's Eve, for me, I kind of always use that as a good day to reflect and reset before going out in the evening.
I know, we've got you.
Because it's such a peaceful day.
No one has anything happening.
So it's the perfect day to even just give yourself the morning to sort of think about what have you achieved during 2022 and what maybe you didn't quite achieve and really reflect on that year and then start using that information to plan the entire year ahead.
And one of the big reasons why is it's very broad.
We just say, in 2023, I want to get fit.
I've done that myself before.
And if I don't have any strategy or any plan or put anything into place, like, okay, get fit.
But how, when, why, what am I doing?

How do we actually turn that into something actionable?
Yeah.
Yeah.
So figuring out, okay, there's probably something in most people's minds that they want to achieve.
Maybe it's a holiday at the end of this year.
Maybe it's buying a house.
Maybe they want to retire early.
Of course, you can work towards all three things, but let's just pick one thing.
