There's a piece of the puzzle, which is really interesting.

I've heard this from a few people.

I'm curious if anyone wants to confirm it to us, where a lot of times the executives come on the show because they want to prove to their own employees that they can take the heat.

And there's no way to do that in the brand and content universe or the softball universe or the employee town hall.

You can't have your own head of comms ask you a question that amounts to, do you know what you're doing?

But I'll do that.

And so there's something important there.

So that's one reason I keep coming back.

The repeat guests for me are...

When someone got a new job, when they're the new CEO or they're the outgoing CEO, super fascinating.

They're a little bit more candid.

They have to make some change.

She went from Vimeo to Tubi.

I love talking to her about that transition.

I thought that was one of our best episodes ever because she learned a bunch of stuff at one place and she obviously worked at another place.

She didn't have to pretend that everything had gone well in the previous place.

Like she got to be honest about what she had learned.

I think that's an incredible time to bring someone back.

And then there are structural changes in an industry that I think are a really good time to bring people back on.
