There is a, basically he was a rugby player from the Rangitiki, apparently.
His name is Roger Green.
I dare you to Google him.
There is actually an audition piece on YouTube of this New Zealand actor.
And it was around about the Sean Connery era.
And Roger Green auditioned to be Bond.
Anyway, he's got the look.
And if you jump onto YouTube and look at the audition, he's a very believable Bond.
So I don't know where they plucked Daryl Roger out.
But we've had lots of, you know, Martin Campbell steering that first big Bond.
And I was lucky enough to have a half a day with Martin when they released Casino Royale.
And he's a phenomenal Kiwi director.
