There had to be more to the story than he was telling Nancy.

I encouraged her to start doing a little bit of investigating and to find out just why he was, what possibly could be the reason why he had decided to do this.

No clue.

No clue.

Because Nancy doesn't think that way.

So when you don't think a certain way, it's hard for you to understand how others think.

Sure.

My mind went there because I was suspicious, because I felt in my heart that my intuition told me that there was something more to this story than just, you know, he was tired of being married.

It was nervous, but we were also in shock.

And Nancy and I just got busy and started just trying to wrap things up.

Every time her phone would ring, it was hopefully a new piece of information, and we were waiting for the arrest to be made.

We wanted something to happen right away.
