And as I'm going forward in my career,
I think like, wow, how cool now I get to share this with my dad as a professional.
And we're not talking about the Giants anymore.
We're talking about the Cardinals.
But there will be certain plays that you can really nerd out over.
And it makes sense only to this tight-knit community of baseball sickos is what I like to call us.
And...
To really get the nuance of the game means you will never be bored because in this sport, you just simply see something new every day and you can never run out of things to talk about.
I could go on and on about why baseball isn't boring.
I think that's very evident based on our last podcast, but it truly has been such a privilege to work in this career.
My first major league game, I was six weeks old.
So I don't remember that.
I do remember our first Giants game because that was an A's game was the first one.
And my aunt, I believe, got my brother and I on the big screen and I was mortified.
I hated it.
And now here I am on a career where I'm doing podcasts and on TV and writing.
But there's still a photo that I have of like my brother and my name on the scoreboard because it was very clear.
Thanks so much for having me.
Love the show.
Can't say enough about it.
