I was going there for clinical mental health counseling. And you have to kind of like pick a specialty when you start. And I had originally picked family therapy. quickly lost interest in it. I have a lot of family experience with that. I think that's what I should do, but I was unsure. Someone in my cohort had told me about armchair. I was commuting from the Eastern Shore to Williamsburg. It's like, almost three hours. I listened to you guys nonstop. And the first episode I ever listened to was day seven. And that was literally life changing a sign.

That's the funny part. So I got out, I started working at a practice specifically for addiction and it ended up being more prescription drug addiction, which is heavy, heavy stuff because it's usually co-occurring with all the other substance use. So I will say it was a little much for me.
