Yesterday, which was Tuesday, February 18th, Diddy's lawyers asked a judge to dismiss count three of the U.S. attorney's case against him from a superseding indictment last month, namely transportation to engage in prostitution, claiming that, quote, no white person has ever been the target of a remotely similar prosecution.

Diddy goes on to claim that, quote, the use of escorts, male or female, is common and indeed widely accepted in American culture today, and that the escort service related to his case is, quote, a legitimate commercial business operating out in the open, which I personally thought was a very interesting argument that he's like, hey, what do you mean? Everyone's trafficking prostitutes.
