I asked Senator Rick Scott, hey, we may need to eliminate the filibuster to get this through.

And he said, yeah.

Here's the things I'm for attaching it to a budget bill, a spending bill so it could get through a standing filibuster, which would have the added benefit of Democrats standing on the floor all through the night.

He would have to explain why he is against an 80 20 issue perpetually.
