What kind of presentation?

He was very cordial.

He had a southern accent that came and went.

He had just moved to California from North Carolina.

Very polite, very cordial in every single encounter I had with him.

Jennings told Detective Longshore that when he heard those gunshots, he took cover behind his own car until his supervisor got there.
