I mean, crochet, right?
And that's a weird answer, right?
Because we just assume that he's going to be good.
But if he's not good, there's a ton of pressure put under him, right?
I mean, he's the straw that stirs this drink.
If you don't have crochet, it's a completely different conversation.
And the other one, the more obvious one is Jaron Duran.
Jaron Duran is absolutely sort of this fork in the road crossroads for his career and for how he's viewed in baseball.
He can be the dynamic top 10 MVP guys of two years ago, or he can be the guy that couldn't hit lefties for the second half of last year.
So I think those two guys jumped to mind.
I do think he's on the team opening day.
I know that they had chances to trade him.
They value him a lot, which is why they didn't trade him.
From what I understand, one of those teams that we're interested in with the Cubs in regards to a Matt Shaw deal –
So I think the Red Sox see the value in him, see the best in him, see how they're just not going to give this guy away.
And it's the old thing that we talked about before.
Oh, okay, you know, it'll figure itself out.
Something will happen.
But right now, it's an awkward situation.
I think ultimately what you have to figure out is what version of Jaron Duran you're going to get.
