And that can be really hard.
And that can lend itself to actually bad spending habits because you go, well...
fine, I'm going to treat myself and buy this thing or fine, I'm going to do this or I'm... It's just, it's not a healthy place to be.
Yes.
Because another place I've seen it a lot is particularly in higher income areas or jobs where people have overall higher incomes.
Somebody could be on a really high income, like...
But if you hear, you know, somebody else in the office is on 255.
By any standard, that's a massive amount of money.
But we're going to straight away compare ourselves.
Yes, that's not a healthy place to be.
So to make the decision not to compare yourself, but also like value yourself, know what the market pays, but try and stay away from the conversations where somebody else is boasting about whatever.
And chances are somebody's boasting.
It may not necessarily be the entire truth.
It is good to be back.

I think that's the short version of it.
Well, no, look, like the super short version, got caught in the recession, had ridiculous debt because negative equity and all that kind of stuff.
Took a decade to get out of that.
