And what that means is they will testify in the trial of saying what they've heard or potentially testify.
if they could potentially be charged with aiding and abetting and assisting in this in fact if they don't if they help assist with this murder and stuff like that so it'll be interesting to see what transpires in the coming next days and and who turns as a state witness or potentially are there going to be additional charges for people who overheard stuff and were potentially involved in this as well
Ultimately, that will be up to the state to make a determination on whether they believe that they can bring it based on the facts and evidence of the case.
But there is a lot of evidence that is coming out.
And Nancy, to your point about the alleged about the judge, it is very, very disconcerting.

And so the fact that there is allegations of harming a judge, which is very disconcerting and very upsetting, but ultimately no one, no matter who you are, is above the law and people need to be held accountable.
