Depending on what exactly happens in regards to the civil cases, when they're set to go to trial, how those cases move forward. If they depose him on those cases, that means deposition is when you sit down under oath and you're asked questions and you answer those questions. those questions under oath with your attorney on your side.

And attorneys usually make objections during the deposition as well. And those will vary on how long that they are, sometimes seven, eight hours of deposition, but it varies.
