It's so interesting that somehow this is what we think is, or even the folks who are dedicated to spending, prolonging their lives with these other things.
It really is the quality of life is the much more important thing.
You know, I always tell my girls when they're in trouble, I say the three things and, and, and one is this won't last.
Get help from others and be kind to yourself.
You know, just there's no yes buts to those, which is where when you're a teenager, anxious, there's always, or an adult, there's always a kind of a yes but.
But, you know, just things will change.
