It's very well done.
They spent a lot of time this last season cleaning up false starts, which seems like a small thing.
To reduce your false starts from 24 to 19 doesn't seem like that big a deal.
But it meant that they could run different cadences and...
Keep the pass rushers, the edge rushers out of the sprinters blocks, so to speak, coming downhill.
And they did a very good job with that.
I thought maybe a 10% increase in false starts with running more complex cadences would be something that would be still a win.
And they ended up with five fewer.
So I think that really worked out.
Um, you know, there's a number of small things that add up to a lot that John Harbaugh will, will give the giants and improve culture there tremendously, but mostly, um, he's a tree builder and a, uh, you know, that, that's what he'll give your organization knows a ton of coaches.
A lot of people want to come work for him.
We've got in inroads at big college programs, most notably Michigan.
And, uh, and he can get you people from there and, uh, and bring them to the pro level and,
He's done a very good job of that.
He's used Michigan as basically a, a minor league intern system for both Mike McDonald, who at Seattle, and then for Jesse Minter, who went to the chargers.
So a lot of things from an injury perspective went down.
Justin Namby, Matt Abike got hurt and Broderick Washington got hurt.
And this has been a team that had tremendous success with a lack of injuries the last few years, particularly on the defensive line.
In fact, a couple of years ago, they had the five defensive linemen played every single snap the entire year.
They didn't have one injury and, you know.
