It's just the main ones I thought I wanted to focus on today.
And I'm always open to hearing other tips from you all.
Because like I said, I want to be out there running by myself one day.
I know it would probably feel really good.

about things like this, no matter where you live, where you are.

After Eliza Fletcher's episode, there was a great discussion happening, and I'd love to see that again.
There's so much support for each other, and it was really cool to see.
And then I also wanted to mention that there are several organizations out there that focus specifically on runners' safety.
This includes Run Her Way, a global nonprofit that seeks to make the world safer for women and girls who run.
There's the We Will Campaign, which is a campaign that raises awareness about sexual harassment and safety concerns for female runners.
There's Trailblaze Hers, which is a running group in Boston that aims to empower women to feel safe while running.
And there are so, so many more.
So if you are a runner, female or not, I encourage you to look into resources that are local to you and learn more about ways that you can keep yourself safe while running.
But what is so heartbreaking to think about at the end of the day is that Sydney did take a lot of these precautions.
Even though she was on a route that she typically ran, she didn't always write on the same schedule.
