But it's really an opportunity for you to amplify those potential positive unintended consequences in ways that are going to benefit the organization and potentially benefit others as well. And then for the negative unintended consequences, you've got to find ways to mitigate those. And there are lots of different tactics for mitigation. One of them being, this is such a big issue.

They basically said, we're not responsible for the answers that our chatbot provides. But the more that we can, again, take a pause and think about this before we launch, before we spend thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of dollars, not to mention just time, investing in something, let's take just a short period of time where we get people together who have different lenses from different parts of our business and we talk about this. Like why, why not do that?
